As I look back at 2024, I am so thankful for each of you and all of your hard work to help your family, friends and community prosper. We should all celebrate the new 21737 MBS graduates, 598 Wellness Facilitator graduates and 762 Success Ambassador graduates. Your good examples of selfless service will ignite a fire in those around you to improve their lives. Never forget that small and simple acts of service change the world.
As we turn to 2025, I encourage you to think big! Collectively, we can have an enormous impact as we seek to eradicate poverty one person at a time. Set big goals and then take one step at a time and watch for the results of your efforts. Be confident that with your training you can shape your own future.

At Headquarters, we are thinking big for 2025! We will be increasing our reach into 15 new countries and we collectively celebrate our 100,000th MBS graduate! Your success will bring further support from our US donors and local and national funding world wide.
Remember the new training tools available to you. I encourage you to utilize your Self-Reliance Groups to continue your training and share your knowledge to benefit others in your Progress Meetings. The new 3C's training will help you with capital access, understand how to make and use new contacts, and increase your knowledge with new content. Use these Progress Meetings to learn from one another's knowledge and experience. Look for ways to consistently improve your business and that of your peers. You will find that as you selflessly help others, good will return to you 10 fold. The new MBS Express course can help others understand and access capital where appropriate. The new Accelerated Success Ambassador program will bring many new qualified leaders to your area.? Also, check out all of the new training videos found on "Resources" on MyPlatform.?
