Life has been BUSY, and it's now time to slow down.

Cosy up with a cup of hot chocolate ?, watch a favourite film ??, or simply enjoy some quiet moments.

Taking care of?you?is the best way to recharge before?January comes knocking.


?? Dream Big for 2025

Here’s some food for thought as the New Year rolls around—what’s something you’d LOVE to do next year?


?? Travel to a dream destination?

?? Read one book a month (or finally finish that one sitting on the shelf)?

??♂? Start a new hobby or pick up an old one you’ve missed?


Big dreams, small dreams, or silly ones—write them down. Goals give us something amazing to look forward to!


I have too many personal goals to list them all but my top 3 include:

???Travelling to Brazil

???Facilitating a 3-day transformational retreat in May

???Organising an amazing 3-day Brazilian dance festival in July?

Don’t forget to enjoy right NOW. Whether you’re spending time with loved ones ??, indulging in leftover holiday treats ??, or just soaking up the break, every moment is worth cherishing.
