Think Transformation

New Ideas, New ways to transform, New methods and ways are always difficult to get a “green card” most of the time. Leaders and Managers want change but fear it.

“I can’t understand why people are frightened of new ideas. I am frightened of old ones” – John Cage.

How can we make this possible ? here are my 3 takeaways.

  1. Confidence : don’t let anybody kill your idea. Be firm and after listening respond positively. Remember not to loose focus on the goal.
  2. Clarity : give good reason why the change is important and why the idea is recommended.
  3. Cost : everything has a cost. Whilst your idea may have a cost, Not doing it the way you recommend it may have a bigger cost.

Be convinced and talk with conviction. Remember never to stop thinking. Be Positive.
