Think Long...Think Wrong
How many times have Life Insurance agents heard this phrase: "Let me think about it"? This scenario begins with the client or potential client requesting a quote. The Agent then works up a number of viable options based on the client's coverage needs and budget. Other scenarios that involve the "what ifs" are also explored and explained. Many times the client will think of a reason why they cannot get the policy or they feel that they are not yet ready. Does anyone truly know when their family members will have to deal with that final expense?
There are Agents reading this article right now who are shaking their heads because they all had to deal with a family member who insist that the Agent should have forced the policy on their father, brother, sister, wife, or husband. You can't make this scenario up!
What are you thinking about? Do you have coverage? Do you need coverage? Can you afford the plan? So get the plan. No one wants to be the final burden when they have the opportunity to take care of the final expense.
