??? The same applies to any country if its population is not diversified, and the same in any organization which also needs a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (#DEI) if it is to obtain best results.

??? Diversity is a unifying strength. Everyone has unique capabilities and mindsets that they bring to the table and contribute in unique ways to make the entity stronger.

??? If you conduct a brainstorming session of various groups (all male, all female, totally diversified), I guarantee you that everyone will agree that the diversified group delivered the best results – every time.

??? So please ignore those who are pushing back against DEI. They are backward thinkers, behind the times, and probably racist.

??? The future belongs to diverse societies and diverse teams and organizations. Bank on it.
