??? As a Strategic Futurist I strive to maintain an objective and impartial mind. I am, and I encourage others to be, a Centrist Agnostic who can see benefits of various policies across the range from Liberal to Conservative, and even sometimes from Socialist and Libertarian mindsets.

??? Like religion, political ideology is cultish, and it drives social discourse. Indeed, in extreme situations of Communism or Fascism, which I would never support, it tends to create civil unrest and outright war. Indeed, they are uncivilized and inhumane ideologies.

??? Even centrist political ideology has both leftist and rightist extremism. Indeed, in the USA today, in my view the Trump MAGA cult borders on or threatens to bring Fascism, which can be as dictatorial and warlike as Communism.

??? As such, I hope the coming US election will bring a mainstream outcome, otherwise the next 4 years could be extremely disruptive to US society, the economy, and technological progress, never mind possibly bringing geopolitically-negative consequences.

??? Let’s hope the electoral discourse is harmonious -- and brings a harmonious outcome.
