Think First.
?"Do not rush into a legal dispute"
"The first to state his case seems right Until the other party comes and cross-examines him."
The above were quoted from the oldest book, which was published globally. As a solo practicing lawyer, I always follow the above precepts when handling a particular case, ordinary civil action, and special proceedings, which usually involve family-related issues, e.g. the distribution or partition of the estate of deceased parents, brothers, or sisters.
Why? Because of the family ties or relationships, cost, time, and efforts not to mention the judiciary economy concept. I suggest as much as possible for an out-of-court settlement.
