Think Circle: A New Leadership Bootcamp for Women in North Yorkshire

My path into leadership wasn’t planned—it just happened. Along the way, I’ve been lucky to have great mentors, and I’ve learned from not-so-great ones too. What’s kept me going is the support of friends, family, and female mentors who helped me find my own leadership style. But, like many women, I still deal with imposter syndrome. Despite knowing I’m capable, the doubts creep in, and it’s hard to shake them off.

That’s why I’m passionate about Think Circle, a new leadership bootcamp launching in North Yorkshire specifically for women leaders and aspiring leaders.

What Makes Think Circle Unique?

Think Circle isn’t just about learning leadership skills—it’s about building lasting connections with other women who understand the challenges we face in the workplace. It’s a chance to be part of a peer support network that extends beyond the program, giving you the confidence and tools to lead authentically.

Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Peer Circles: You’ll join a network of like-minded women who’ll be there for advice, feedback, and support—long after the bootcamp ends.
  • Confidence to Lead: Our holistic approach helps you develop your unique leadership style, empowering you to make decisions and lead in ways that feel authentic.
  • Support Beyond Training: Whether it’s addressing pay gaps, balancing emotional labour, or navigating neurodiversity, we provide the tools to overcome both personal and institutional challenges.

Why This Matters for You and Your Team

When women are confident, empowered, and supported, they become better leaders—and that benefits everyone. Think Circle is not just an investment in individual growth, but in your organisation’s success. Strong leaders drive better results and inspire more engaged teams.

Join Us

I’m in the position I am today because of the support I’ve received throughout my career. Think Circle exists to provide the same opportunity to women across North Yorkshire. If you’re ready to grow as a leader—or want to empower the women in your organisation—this program is for you.

I love what you’ve created with this course Alison Kwan and it’s been an honour to be involved! I’m so excited to be part of the design and delivery - and to share tools and ideas that have helped me on my journey. I never thought I’d be a leader in the early stages of my career, but it was support from those around me, training, nudges, people showing me my strengths and believing in me which meant things evolved. I really hope we can help those who join the programme in the same way!
