Think "C-A-B" for your content strategy framework

Imagine signing up and training to run a 10K — and then finding out you've been entered into a triathlon and not just any triathlon, the Ironman. (So 42K in running alone, plus nearly 4K of swimming and 180K of cycling!)
In fact, a major content initiative, whether it's writing an article, giving a speech, or launching a podcast, involves stamina and three steps. I call this framework C-A-B or CAB:
(This framework reminds me of a yellow cab, so that's the imagery I've embraced.)
If you focus only on generating a quick blog post with the help of AI, that's only half a step. Infuse your writing with your experiences, your take, your insights. Then think about the other steps if you want to raise your visibility and build your brand.
A pre-step, of course, is to have a strong idea of your positioning before you embark on all this (I call this "Know thyself.")
As you're strategizing about how you will create and then launch your creations into the world, think about how you'd sum up your content in a movie trailer, book trailer, TikTok or Reel:

TIP: I used "native" video, and you should, too, for higher visibility.
Behind the scenes: I uploaded my video here on LinkedIn so you don't have to leave the platform to view it; social media sites give creators higher visibility when you stay put, as my friend Dennis Shiao also has pointed out lately.
Remember C-A-B as you embark on your content journey, whether it's for a metaphorical 10K....or a triathlon. Wishing you excellent training, passion and, not least, endurance.
