Today with all the pressures put upon us we find ourselves stopped in our tracks now and then, thinking, what was I doing, where did I place my car keys or my glasses, what was that persons name and so on.

The world is on the brink of Alzheimer’s. We are all suffering from this abnormality to some degree. I personally believe this phenomenon is brought about by unseen forces orchestrated by a natharius group of individuals who are involved in a litany of evil enterprises. They are not going to succeed! They are the authors of the Georgia Guide Stones and the enemies of we, God’s Children.

God is in charge and is watching all these individuals and their activities and he will soon return to deal with them in the harshest of terms very soon. 

Meanwhile, I have an exercises that will sharpen your concentration enabling you to clear your mind to focus on the task at hand. By practicing this simple exercise once a day, you will find it will help you immensely as it has yours truly.

 Each day when you find yourself losing concentration and clarity of thought, stop a moment and sit in a comfortable chair. When settled down ask yourself two questions repeatedly. Begin with… “What time is it?” The answer is NOW! Then ask yourself… “Where am I?” The answer is HERE! 

This exercise practiced daily will help you clear your mind of distraction and the mental slag which is preventing you from functioning as the able bodied individual you always were. You will become acutely aware of the here and know.
