Think BIG, think GLOBALLY!

Although it was only one week, time had a different perception in Silicon Valley.......

One may think, what one possibly can learn within one week by visiting companies and listening to individuals. Well, we were absorbing & learning a LOT within that week!

We could feel the pace! Success was in the air! The success is defined differently in Silicon Valley. You need to experience it yourself! You can fail your business many times & still people will believe & invest in you! Why?! Because you learn so much from your failures & mistakes. You also show perseverance by not giving up and getting on your feet once again by being knocked down.

It is amazing how quickly one can make "friends". People in Silicon Valley look at new connections as potential business partners. They look for ways to be of help or to connect with potential prospects whereas in Switzerland people tend to keep their contacts private and not to disclose them to strangers. In Silicon Valley people create an eco system, whereas in Switzerland people live in their bubbles.

How can one survive in Silicon Valley? One constantly need to re-invent itself. People embody this mindset: "change is the only constant" and they embrace it.

Whom I would recommend a visit in Silicon Valley? Anyone!

(Trust me, you will be transformed...)
