As 2025 approaches, the question on everyone’s mind is: What big idea will define the year ahead?
The predictions are as bold as ever, with industry heavyweights weighing in:
Industry Titans Share 2025 Predictions
??? Gary Vaynerchuk (VaynerMedia): Live social shopping will merge entertainment and retail, reshaping how consumers shop online.
?? Kevin O'Leary (Shark Tank): Creativity will reign supreme as businesses rely on great storytellers and artists to stand out in saturated markets.
?? Arianna Huffington (Thrive Global): AI health coaching will become the norm, offering hyper-personalized, real-time support to help people build healthier habits.
?? Joey Wat (Yum China): Food innovation will take center stage—think sparkling coffee and durian pizza, blending taste and culture in unexpected ways.
These are exciting ideas for big brands and corporate giants. But what about small businesses? What will define 2025 for America’s backbone—the entrepreneurs running local shops, services, and startups?
For Small Businesses: 2025 Will Be the Year of Hyper-Localization Meets AI
Forget city-wide marketing campaigns. The future is hyper-local.
Imagine running ads tailored to specific neighborhoods, with AI tools dynamically adjusting messaging based on local trends, weather, or even what’s trending on TikTok.
Small businesses will no longer compete on a national or even city-wide scale. Instead, they’ll target smaller, niche audiences—offering personalized experiences that bigger brands simply can’t match.
What Does This Mean for You?
If you’re a small business owner, 2025 isn’t the year to sit back and coast.
These trends are coming fast, and your ability to adapt will determine whether your business thrives or gets left behind.

1?? Leverage AI Tools: Tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI-powered ad platforms are becoming more accessible. Use them to tailor your marketing, streamline operations, and stay ahead of competitors.
2?? Double Down on Local: Be the business that understands your community better than anyone else. From local partnerships to micro-targeted campaigns, focus on creating value in your own backyard.
3?? Creativity Is Key: Whether it’s content creation, social media storytelling, or unique customer experiences, the businesses that stand out will be the ones that embrace bold, creative ideas.

2 个月To Transform Organisations in 2025, carry out some Time Based Analysis now. If you want to transform how an organisation adds value, analysis of what happens now is the starting point, stop and think and carry out some analysis of your existing value adding capability. All organisations exist to add value to products, services or health patients, they convert Inputs to outputs, time and cost are consumed during the process. Yet value adding touch time in non-automotive manufacturing is typically less than 15% per product, (Value adding touch time v Calendar time consumed), in UK Local Government Services I have recorded figures as low as 4%, and in tracking the UK NHS patient journey expect a lowly 8 to 14%. Cost accounting / financial performance measurement cannot see this waste, non-value adding time or untapped potential in an organisation, it simply records the output from a particular system, be it good or poor, most are poor. So in 2025 if you want to improve productivity, reduce cost, improve customer service and survive, please attach yourself to a single product, service or health patient. You can put the results on my time based analysis framework, it is designed to be used by value adding employees not consultants
