Sixteen years ago, I embarked on this adventure with LinkedIn, a platform brimming with potential yet shrouded in mystery. Unsure of what lay ahead, I timidly filled in my profile and awaited enlightenment. However, my initial foray into this virtual realm was lackluster, as LinkedIn languished on the digital shelf, gathering virtual dust.
Fast forward a decade, and the winds of change began to stir. In my quest for connections, I unearthed LinkedIn's latent power. Armed with newfound determination, I delved into the intricacies of the platform, eager to harness its full potential.
During those formative years, my primary objective was to expand my network. I traversed the virtual landscape, engaging with potential contacts, and immersing myself in the nuances of posting and tagging. Though the content that graced my feed often revolved around HR topics, I gleaned valuable insights from the individuals behind the posts, enriching my digital tapestry.
Gradually, I found my voice amidst the cacophony of content, sharing my passions and interests with an ever-growing audience. The response was palpable, as diverse perspectives converged to form a mosaic of knowledge and camaraderie.
One serendipitous encounter stands out amongst the digital throng - a chance meeting with Mor ? ??? Kirshner ? ?????? , an AI savant whose innovative spirit left an indelible mark on my journey. Yet, amidst the ebb and flow of virtual discourse, a period of introspection beckoned. As I retreated into the recesses of contemplation, I grappled with the notion of network segmentation. No longer content with a monolithic mass of contacts, I endeavored to categorize and classify them according to their unique personas.
Armed with insights gleaned from my academic pursuits and consulting endeavors, I embarked on a quest to refine my digital ecosystem. Though my absence may have raised eyebrows, rest assured, dear network, that this hiatus heralds a new dawn of collaboration and synergy.

7 个月Well written and thank you for sharing. I think that's almost the natural cycle (we want) for business also, right? Basically, you launched your brand, had a lot of outreach, now are fine tuning and segmenting to serve better as you've seen the market/platform mature and your own priorities shift. That's a good game plan.
