During my first week at atQor , I had the unexpected pleasure of picking up "Think Again" by Adam Grant from our office library, and I must admit, it completely bowled me over. ?
In this insightful book, Adam Grant challenges the conventional wisdom of staying fixed in our beliefs and decisions. He argues that in an era of rapid change and uncertainty, the ability to "rethink and adapt" is a critical skill for leaders. ?

As leaders, we must recognize that the world is constantly evolving, and our ability to adapt and rethink is paramount. This book is a reminder that success today doesn't guarantee success tomorrow. It's about unlearning as much as it is about learning.?
I highly recommend "Think Again" to all leaders who aspire to thrive in an ever-changing landscape. Let's embrace the power of rethinking and continue our journey of growth and transformation. ?
