Things You Need To Know Before Placing An Order Of Video Brochures

Did it ever happen to you that it takes a BUNCH of emails to get a quotation for video brochures or other products finally after you send an inquiry? Probably it's because your inquiry didn't include full specifications below, so the sales have to ask everything in details before they are able to send you a quotation.

Listing are specifications you need to include into a video brochure inquiry.

1. Screen Size and paper card size.

Normally there are A4 and A5 sizes for paper card, A4 is 210mm*297mm, A5 is 210mm*148mm, you can choose horizontal type or portrait type for both sizes.And of course,there are other customized size, any size you need, we will do it for you.

2. Card material you prefer.

Maybe you just know video brochure cover can be made into paper material,while actually there are many kinds of material except for paper,such as ultra-thin paper, 300g soft paper, 350g paper, hardcover paper,PU leather, acrylic or other..

3. Memory 

The memory size is depending on the size of videos you wanna upload into brochure.

128MB-32GB is all optional based on your demandings. 128MB memory is enough for a 8 minutes video.

4. Battery Volume 

Standard 500mah lithium battery can support a continuously 70 minutes playing of video. Standard 1200mAh battery can support over 2 hours video playing.And you can choose to add the volume if needed.Larger batteries up to 8000 mA are available.

5. Quantity you need 

Quantity is a very important element to quotation.The more the cheaper is a everlasting rule for every market.

6.CMYK 4-color printing / with Pantone color printing/ white paper card / module (without housing or cover)

Price for design with Pantone color will be a little bit more expensive than 4C printing,white paper card will be cheaper than 4C printing, and of course,the video brochure module is the cheapest among all.

7.Whether with magnetic switch (Open the card and the video will play automatically)

Magnetic switch is a very common used way to start the video, but if you prefer slide switch (which is a favorite for clients from Germany) or button, you need to tell the sales in advance.

8.Whether need any function buttons 

There can be several buttons on the lcd video brochure greeting card, such as On/off, video select, play/pause, next/FF, prev/REW, volume up, volume down. You can have up to 10 buttons.

And if you have specific requirements for the video playing mode, you need to tell the sales before the production.For example, some clients will require a full cycle of several videos, and some will ask to stop the video when the main video finished, and press certation buttons to start video 1 or video 2.

9.Whether need to customize a sample before batch order.

NOTICE: Customized sample card is by laser printing, batch order is with CMYK-4 color printing, so the colors probably will be different between sample and batch.
