Things that are only of 'Namma Bengaluru'

Bangalore( Bengaluru ) is like a fancy destination on its own, people glitter in their outfits at mornings and torch of vehicles makes it glittery during night. Well, Bangalore doesn't actually need any introduction because people who doesn't live under the caves will definitely know it as an IT hub but I being born and bought up in Bangalore have lots of love and respect towards it, I want to share the things that makes Bangalore a heartfelt city rather than it just being an IT hub.

1.Not only IT hub, it is also known as "Garden City"

Yes, Bengaluru was rich in natural resources some decades before, but now that the IT source has become most important one, the greenery part is not as much as it was before. Still, Bengaluru knows how to balance nature and economy, it still has iconic parks that promote in producing fresh air. It is the home of 900 parks, some popular are,

• Lal Bagh botanical garden
• Cubbon park
• Bannerghatta national park( has wildlife animals like Lions, different types of Tigers, Bear, Monkeys, Snakes, Birds, etc) [Stands long in 104.27 sq km]
• Lumbini gardens [stands long for 1.5 km]
• Cariappa Memorial park. This is another special park of vast 22 acres land.

Not just this, the Bengaluru inhabitants gather together once a year to plant huge number of trees.

2. Climate of Bengaluru is addictive. It is highly unpredictable, basically three types of season happens everyday in Bengaluru, Morning after 8am to 4pm will be sunny, Noon after 4pm to 7pm will be of winters and night will be raining. And rest till next morning 8am will be of cold breeze. People who have experienced Bengaluru could be found missing the climate sense of it. 

3. Unity in Diversity. Bengaluru is the one city that has many different people from different lands and culture, lots of international people also stay in Bengaluru because of the IT sector in here. Even though so much different cultures of lifestyle is mixed up in Bengaluru, outsiders are almost never seen to be talking about difficulty in blending in in here, or facing cold behavior by the inhabitants. We are the most soft hearted and accepting people. 

4.There is a heroic history in the evolution of Bengaluru, many sacrifices and efforts have been put by Kempegowda to build the massive city.

5. Coffee. You will get no other best filter coffee elsewhere but Bengaluru, it is default known as the authentic coffee land. Usually filter coffee essence is found in all over Karnataka but Bengaluru also has western kind of coffee like frappe, cappuccino and etc. 

6. Well, this doesn't belong in the list of proud things but yet this is included because it is the fact. Among all the capital cities in South India, Bengaluru has highest population of 8.4 million.

7. The popular Chinnaswamy stadium is the world's first Solar powered cricket venue. The power will always sustain even at every climate because it has 400 k w capacity. No wonder the city is called as the IT hub, it knows how to utilize technology to utilize nature. 

8. Kempegowda International Airport has won the 2018 holidify explorer award.

9. Bengaluru is the third most popular and expensive city of India.
