The true FounderON fans (both of us) will have already noticed that I've changed pretty much everything this week.
Thanks to your feedback I've changed the FounderON logo. But I didn't stop there.
The FounderON home page is now a landing page for the new FounderON ADVANTAGE platform. Launching in full in January, I've started taking applications as membership will be invite-only.
And I made the decision (without thinking about the huge amount of related admin) to move the FounderON blog onto the ADVANTAGE platform as a way of testing it and getting people used to it.
The blog will always be free, but the other aspects of ADVANTAGE will be exclusively for members.
I would absolutely love your feedback on the landing page (link again here).
I've found it so difficult to try and convey the value in a simple webpage, especially with my limited skills in web design.
I'll keep tweaking it as we get nearer to launch day, so all feedback will be treated as a gift, no matter how brutal.
The actual benefits of ADVANTAGE will also grow over time. The aim is to make it so valuable to founders old and new, that all businesses need just 3 things to start:

My plan is that this is the last product that FounderON launches. Rather than thinking of new products and services, I'll just focus on making the membership as valuable as possible. If it's not as successful as I hoped initially, I'll work out ways to improve it rather than just going back to the drawing board.
And the biggest change in my thinking is the level of scale and ambition.
Ever since leaving my last business I've told anyone that'll listen that my goal in life now is to never have an employee again. I definitely found it tough running a business with 80 people, but I'm not really sure why I've limited any future projects to only scale as far as one person.
I actually think FounderON can become bigger than my previous business. So why wouldn't I let it. If that means hiring another team of superstars, then so be it.
