Things I should have learn by the age of 14

I think, I should have learnt the bellow 6 magics by the age of 14.I believe its never too late and I think i am on it. I know, its not about reading and memorizing, its about doing, doing & doing. I am doing and seeking excellence.

I believe the difference between a great professional & a struggling one creates by absence of the bellow soft skills.

We need to know:

1. How to improve #observation power (Why & How)

2. How to #listen (Listen without judging, Listen not to reply but to understand & Listen with empathy)

3. How to Give & Take #feedback.

4. How to/ #ask_questions (asking the right question, voice mellow down & obviously with respect)

4. #Sharing (Need to know not only the importance of sharing but the Happiness)

5. How To #learn (Its beyond reading & Watching)

6. How to choose/find #Desire
