Several years ago, I was having lightheaded spells and when I talked to my doctor about it, he asked me if I had recently gone on a salt-free diet.?My roommate was on a salt-free diet for her health issues, and I was eating what she ate.?It never occurred to me that giving up salt could be bad for you.
Natural Celtic Sea Salt is grey in color, harvested out of the ocean, and sun-dried to prevent the loss of the vital minerals our bodies need.?While the regular white table salt most of us use?can cause many health issues, salt the way nature intended?can help detox our bodies, help us absorb the water we drink as well as bring balance to our systems.
The first thing I do in the morning is pop some in my mouth and drink a couple of cups of water to help me stay hydrated and help to detox my body. It has truly made a difference in my skin and helps me have less cravings. I miss it if I don’t have it.
What is your morning routine?
