Things are hotting up...

Well, they really are hotting up here in Portugal at least (sorry to my friends in the UK having abysmal summer weather).?

It’s August… already! And before I get to share a few things with you, how are you really doing??

With 143 days left in 2023, there really is time to hunker down and tick off those goals you concocted 219 days ago. And if I may let you in on a tip to help you with the focus, clarity, and prioritisation to do that…?

On a Sunday, take a little time out to look to plan your week ahead. Having an idea of the meetings, priorities and actions ahead is time very well spent. Doing a little reflection on what you got done in the week, what worked, and what needs to be carried forward gives you clarity.?

It doesn’t have to be a Sunday btw, fit it in when you know it’ll get done. Come Monday or whenever you start your week you’ll be focussed and can take proactive action.?

I hope that little insight is as much of a game-changer for you as it is for me.?
