Make 2020 Your Greatest Year Yet

I made this list for myself, but thought you guys would appreciate it too. I am going to do my best to do this entire list consistently for 2020, but I will definitely focus on doing more of A, B, C, E, F, and J this year. As every year passes, I realize more and more what is most important to me. The rest of the stuff (like material things, society’s expectations, parental expectations, fancy clothes, status, CVs, what people think of me, etc) just does not matter to me. (I wish someone told me what to ignore when I was younger because I used to stress a lot over this bullshit when I was young). It is super important that all of us narrow down the list of things that are most important to each of us. Without a doubt, self-awareness and intellectual honesty are paramount to happiness and success in life. I have discovered (yet again) that everything we need is what is in our hearts: love, family, friendship, dreams, passions, and truth. For me, the simplest rule for happiness is intrinsic > extrinsic. Listen to your heart. And ignore the rest.
