It doesn’t have to take years for things to change

There is a treasure, small and solid like a diamond, that will profoundly transform your life - in a peaceful way. Keep reading because I explain how to do it and why it works.


I didn't invent it. It was taught to me and I practised it.


I trained diligently and I experienced a deep transformation.


This means you, too, can learn and practise it and experience similar results.


It brings me peace and satisfaction in a way that no other practice has given me so far. There is a new, deeply rooted, trust in Life and in myself that is blossoming in my me.


It is something that happens in the body. The body is the only place where the change can happen. And, paradoxically, because we work with the tangible, we transform the intangible and all sorts of good things begin to happen by themselves.


When you modify your inner state - and this process engages the whole of your being, your mind, your emotions, your body - you modify your energy. This informs in a different way everything you do.


What does this mean concretely?


For example, you will find yourself saying “No” to something you didn’t want and feeling good about it, instead of feeling guilty for days or betraying yourself by ending up accepting as you would have done it in the past.


Or simply, you will notice that your level of stress is much lower - and that you have control over it.

Or perhaps that people approach you with more respect.


Things will change because you perceive yourself in a different way and people respond to your inner state, to your energy - not to your words.


You can only transform things from a state of inner peace. In other words, when your nervous system is calm, when it feels safe. Otherwise, it keeps all its resources to protect you and it refuses to invest energy into new experiments.


It is a simple, logical, process. There is nothing intrinsically wrong with you if you haven't been able so far to create a life that you love. It is just your mind and your body doing their protection work because they don’t feel safe enough to explore a new way of being into the world.


So, first, you calm your nervous system by switching off the mental, the ego, and the over-reactivity. And then you let the change happen by itself, informed by your new inner state. Because when we are at peace, we think, speak, and act in a different way. Therefore, we also get different results.


You do this by taking a deep breath in through your nose and sighing it out loud, letting the energy drop into your hips. Stay there. Let the energy run down your body and stay there. Give it enough time so that you feel the peace arise.


Repeat. Set an alarm and repeat every hour. It takes 2 minutes.


Two minutes less of scrolling = two minutes more of a life that makes you happy.


Stick to it because it is exponential.


It is the simplest thing in the world. It is something your body does naturally.


All you need is to give it a consistent try regardless of what your mind will tell you at first.


Try it, for the love of you.
