Over the past four months, my decision to leave a stable job and excellent salary at renowned organizations to start my own Corporate Consulting/Professional Development Company has tested my limits in ways I never expected. Here's what's been going on behind the scenes and what I've learned:
??? The Doubt: Leaving the comfort of a steady paycheck and established teams to start anew filled me with anxiety. Did I make a mistake? Should I have stayed? These questions kept me awake at night, questioning my decision every step of the way.
?? The Investment: I invested heavily in my vision, spending significantly on consultants and coaches to ensure a strong start. The financial pressure was, and still is, immense.
?? Lessons Learned: Through this rollercoaster, here are five critical insights I've gained that I hope will help other aspiring entrepreneurs:

10 个月Great tips shared Davidson Hang As someone who made a similar move about 4 years ago, I can attest to their value. One more I would add that has been especially useful, is to find your tribe. Joining or building a community of people that are on a similar path, that "get you", can help you and you can support each other has been invaluable. Your circles up until you leave employment will largely comprise fellow employees. Adding a community of solo/entrepreneurs to your network can be greatly beneficial. All the best!!???
