Pride Month Celebrations and the word Inclusivity

Firstly Happy Pride Month ??

Celebrating Pride is more than just a month-long event, its not flags and rainbows as pretty as they are , there is huge meaning behind all of the jazz

It’s about committing to inclusivity every day, acceptance and celebration

I have run some great workshops this month and Pride has come up in every single one, not because it has to but because IT NEEDS TOO ..

Because everybody should feel included regardless of how they choose to live THEIR life, and workplaces should be inclusive and supportive ALL THE TIME not just for the Month of June ??

Here’s how YOU can support Pride and inclusivity in the workplace ??

LET'S SUPPORT, CELEBRATE AND BE INCLUSIVE

  • Celebrate Diversity - Host events and discussions that celebrate the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community
  • Educate and Advocate - Provide training and resources to educate employees about LGBTQ+ issues and rights
  • Create Safe Spaces - Establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and respected
  • Policy and Practice - Implement and uphold policies that protect against discrimination and promote equality

A Fabulous Time at Elevate

I cannot do a newsletter and not shout out ELEVATE - hosted by the fab Hilary Lewis ???? , Wendy Gannon ?? and Samantha Harman well done ladies ??

I Recently had the pleasure of attending Elevate with some amazing businesswomen.

The event was a testament to the power of lifting each other up rather than tearing each other down.

It was truly inspiring to be part of such a supportive and empowering community and I hope to be invited back AGAIN AND AGAIN

Remember, when we support each other, we all rise together, so if you are thinking about getting involved with events surrounding Women in business , I would highly recommend

The summer solstice on the 20th June (The longest day of the year jam packed with sunshine and daylight ?? for your info) recently reminded us of the importance of sunshine for our health and wellbeing

Here’s how YOU can make the most of it and the importance of doing so

  • Mood Enhancer - Enhances your mood and helps combat depression.

  • Stay Hydrated - Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

I recently attended a delightful spiritual event filled with fairies, witches, unicorns, crystals, massages, and tarot readings.

It was a day of laughter, learning, and self-care spent with friends

Truly soul-nourishing and was well needed !!

Don’t forget to carve out time for self-care and fun, It’s essential for your overall wellbeing

I Promise you will thank me later after doing the thing I told you to do ??


So rounding up this newsletter because I can waffle for England

Awareness, educate, inclusivity, celebration, and VITAMIN D all add to June being the most beautiful month there is ?? ( I promise I am not biased even if I am a Gemini June Baby ?? )
