Delighted to announce a new warehouse facility supported by a guarantee through the British Business Bank’s ENABLE Guarantee programme, which supports lending for mid-sized #businesses in the UK, making it one of the largest, dedicated #funding lines with a non-bank lender.??

Our Senior Director, Business Development Matt Vincent and Senior Director, Transaction Management Richard Newman shared their views on the current and future deal landscape in the region with a panel of leading #Midlands financiers at our #Birmingham office.
The panel discussed how the Midlands’ deal making market is set to fare over the next 12 months, covering the impact of interest rates, #inflation, consumer confidence, availability of #finance and more.
Birmingham networking drinks
It was a pleasure hosting business #finance professionals across the region in #Birmingham. We enjoyed drinks at the UK’s first not-for-profit bar The Good Intent - Birmingham as well as delicious food supplied by amazing Sri Lankan restaurant, The Coconut Tree.
The unique venue provided the perfect setting to discuss our plans for helping mid-sized businesses thrive in the region. Thank you to all those who attended, we look forward to meeting more contacts old and new at our next regional event.?
London networking event | Pool tournament
It was a pleasure hosting business finance professionals from across the region in London at Bar 19/20 for a good old fashioned pool tournament. We had incredibly talented players in the mix, with Cavendish winning the tournament! We enjoyed drinks and food at the venue which provided the perfect setting to discuss our plans for helping mid-sized businesses thrive in the region.

Funding for growth: the UK social care sector
#ThinCats is supporting businesses in the healthcare sector to exploit market opportunities, providing debt funding to accelerate growth through acquisition, extension and reconfiguration, organic growth and, investment in the latest technology.
In a recent survey by Knight Frank, 96% of respondents said they believe that current inflationary pressures will greatly impact their operations and only 70% have contingencies plans in place to manage this pressure.

ThinCats Marathon Trek 2023
Our team of amazing trekkers not only achieved their incredible challenge of walking 26 miles, they have also managed to raise over ￡2,000 in aid of Dementia UK, improving care and support for families facing?#dementia.
The #marathon trek consisted of walking through the National Forest in Leicestershire and Derbyshire, through Melbourne village, Staunton Harold and Hick’s Lodge with stunning views and great weather!

In a landmark transaction for our North West team, we are excited to announce significant debt funding to support Primary Capital ’s buyout of Diversity Travel , a leading travel management company based in Manchester. The investment will accelerate Diversity’s strong post-pandemic momentum as it seeks to expand into US and European markets. Great example of a mid-market private equity investor and alternative debt provider working together to support the growth ambitions of UK entrepreneurs.
Our funding?package supports Newable ’s purchase of all outstanding #equity in the business, following an initial majority stake which was acquired in 2020. Newable will now steer the company through its next phase of growth, focusing on continuing to help UK SMEs with salary sacrifice schemes, fleet management and continuing to be a customer champion in the leasing space.
We are delighted to have supported?Windsor Telecom?with the acquisition of?CONNEXUS NETWORKS LTD?and?Connexus Technology, LLC?based in Gloucester. The funding, led by?Dave Sherrington, marks our continued support for?Windsor Telecom’s ambitious growth?#strategy, working alongside the business over the past three years providing a tailored and flexible debt facility.
