Thin line between fear and respect

Very often people look straight at the line and fail to see the two opposite sides on both sides of the line. In today's world, while we romance our jobs and homes to ensure the delicate balance, very important to take out time & look at the line with the juniors and figure out this difference. The output increases manifold and problems get solved at a personal "risk" level without interventions. Such a simple thing, however not many around who look at the f-quadrant and the r-quadrant. I wish all would start taking note.
