• In other happenings, our team's Anuppal Kalsi (Head of Global Partnership), Cauzar, Emily, Younis Awad, Tanvir Arafat, and Waqar Attia enjoyed a year-end get-together hosted by our gracious partner Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC’s Pooja Misra, Mert Yourulmaz, Mina Alfy, Coralie Morales, and Oguzha.

2024 has been monumental for EcoGrade?, marked by significant milestones and achievements:

• EcoGrade? US Launch: We proudly expanded EcoGrade? into the United States, broadening our global impact.
• CPD EcoGrade? Accelerator Course: Our newly launched course has empowered accommodation providers to understand their property's scoring system and implement meaningful changes to improve their sustainability metrics.
• EcoGrade? Certification: Successfully rolled out in the UK, this certification provides accommodation providers with recognition for their sustainability efforts.
• Scientific Recognition: We published two peer-reviewed scientific papers detailing the EcoGrade? methodology, cementing its credibility within the academic and professional communities.

Looking Ahead to 2025

• Data Expansion: Our ambitious goal is to expand EcoGrade? globally, aiming to cover all regions by 2030.
• Certification Accessibility: Starting in 2025, the EcoGrade? Certification will be offered free of charge to all Squares partners, encouraging broader participation and commitment to sustainability.
