From June 2022 changes to Building Regulations make it a mandatory requirement that every room should have thermostatic room control when a boiler is replaced in an existing dwelling. If there is already a TRV in each room - job done! The aim here is to drive efficiency and reduce consumption, therefore reducing fuel bills - something we're all looking for tips on to achieve.
