There's a Strong Feeling of Family

Introducing Emily Kirtland. Emily joined the Fleet team 3 and a half years ago and is one of our Administration Officers. She will welcome you with a big smile every time you come into the office. Her job involves working within the admin and accounts side of things within the business. Emily also assists our Finance Manager with anything she needs, and she’s an absolute gem dealing with all our contractors on a daily basis. There really is no job too big or too small for Emily – she’s our Jill of all trades!

Emily told us she loves working at Fleet because “she always feels appreciated and valued and as corny as it sounds, there’s a strong feeling of family here. Having such strong relationships within the company makes the working environment so much more enjoyable. The staff are one of the things I love most about my job! I have formed some amazing friendships here and get along with all members of the team regardless of age, background, or which position they have in the company.”

Emily says she feels extremely supported at Fleet and this was evident when it was necessary for Emily to take time off work due to a family-related matter. “The support I received from everyone within the company was something I was very appreciative of. I was able to take a decent amount of time off from work and I will always be thankful for that, and I hope my hard work shows how grateful I am. It really showed me the kind of company I was working for and I felt so lucky to have them behind me during that time.”
