There's something about feedback
No matter what business we've been in, there's always been so many aspects on feedback.
Feedback - A situation is now present and you have performed something. Behaviour as I perceived it. Impact or consequences of that behavior - and possibly another action thet I would have seen.
Feed forward - Taking a start on the stepping stone of an instruction. From that to how you perceived 3F - prerequisits, norms and expectations - and any ideas on further actions, should you do it again?
Coaching style- A style where you know you can not claim to know how things are - but rather: as for how they are perceived.
Coaching Culture - This calls for a leadership style you may very well call ”servant” - where your leaderhaping of your unit may be enforced by the coaching culture

If you are not competent enough and want to “sell” your ideas by a “push” method, like “owning the truth”, you will never get an honest feedback!
