"There's Only One Way To Go, Back Up To The Top"

I always say when the bottom falls out

there's only one way to go, and that's back up to the top.

I think there's a lot that you've learned along the way.

Remember where you are, because here is where

you'll never want to stay.

This alone will give you enough incentive to leave.

Admitting this is the first step in getting yourself out.

I'll throw you a rope if you hang onto it tight.

The climb out is much harder than when you fell in.

But there's nothing you can't do if you're determined.

I know you can make it because you have strength.

The rewards are worth the long journey.

Because once you are out you have your freedom.

You'll never look at things the same way again.

You'll never forget the friends that have helped you

or where you have been.
