Hey friend,

Did you know that we recently have a new team member join us? We are a small team, very peculiar with the way we work (and that involves a very healthy work-life balance), so having someone new join us is super exciting.

So everyone, meet Mia Sinek. cue the applause

Mia is joining us as a Customer Success Engineer, so you’ll meet her if you need a helping hand with your setup.

In the short time since she joined us, she already managed to thrill a couple of new users, and proved to be an admirable opponent in draw battle.

Feel free to wish her a warm welcome, and in the meantime, we’ll go over other worthy updates for this month.

Product updates

A new nifty thing the product team just dropped is the Mixpanel external cohorts integration.

External cohorts?allow customer behavior data and cohort conditions to remain in Mixpanel. In Userlist, your Mixpanel cohorts appear alongside regular segments: on the segments page, user timeline, condition filters, segment filters, and campaign triggers.

The integration will be great for doing things like:

  • Upgrading free users to paying customers
  • Sending loyalty campaigns to brand advocates
  • Recovering inactive accounts
