TLC 001: There's More to Work Than "Work"
Have you ever found yourself giving your all to a project or task, only to be seemingly overlooked or passed up for “recognition? Have you ever felt frustrated by others' lack of effort or initiative, while you work tirelessly to be your best? If so, trust me, you're not alone.
Many of us have experienced these kinds of setbacks, and they can be incredibly discouraging. But what if I told you that there's a solution? What if I told you that adopting an "attitude of excellence" could change the game for you?
Let me explain:
An attitude of excellence is one that prioritizes working according to your?highest personal standards at all times. It's an attitude that focuses on the way that you work, rather than just the work you do. And it's an attitude that seeks to analyze situations before acting, ensuring that you're making the most informed decisions possible.
"The quality of the leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves." - John C. Maxwell
When I first adopted an attitude of excellence, it was because I was tired of feeling mentally and emotionally bothered. I was tired of giving my full effort without?seeing?it reciprocated.

Instead by embracing my desire to accelerate and focusing on working according to my highest personal standards, I was able to create opportunities that I otherwise wouldn't have experienced.
You see, an attitude of excellence doesn't just suppress frustration - it eliminates its effect on you completely (which are mostly external anyway). By prioritizing working for a legacy over living for the moment, you set yourself up for success in the long term. You become the kind of person that others look up to, admire, and want to be around.
Of course, adopting an attitude of excellence isn't always easy. It takes effort, dedication, and a willingness to put in the work even when it's difficult. But the rewards are worth it. By focusing on your own growth and development, you can create opportunities that others can only dream of.
So, peace out bothered attitude, hello legacy!
