#thePOZpulse: November 2022

Wow, what a long month this year has been! Welcome back!

Here are some recent thoughts on wtf is going on in the Crypto/Web3 world:

I believe that this is the massive forest fire we all NEEDED in web3 to rage on and wipe out the weak and fake!?When the smoke clears, the oaks will stand tall, albeit charred, but stronger. And the saplings will be emerging from the ash below to grow mighty without the dead wood blocking their light!

Let me explain:

1. The technology is sound: Don't confuse SBF being a complete Ponzi-scheming crook with the technology behind it.

2. Bad PR of NFTs: The non-inclusiveness, the rug pulls, bad actors and the garbage PFP projects have turned so many people off and away from the amazing tech behind NFTs, and I don't blame them!?

IMO things need to hit rock bottom so we can rebuild better and stronger with the right people behind the wheel. And there are SO many amazing companies and creators doing it right and continuing to spread awareness and adoption in a positive light. SO let's focus on them!?

I remain incredibly bullish, yet more mindful and pragmatic on all things web3, NFT's and crypto and will continue to build?Probably Nothing Talent w/ Kevin Logan Jr around it. Whether you like it or not, this is the future, so learn it, embrace it or get left behind.

He has over 10 years of corporate marketing and impact strategy experience, from launching Kraft’s most successful innovation to date to launching Brooklyn’s first Organic Christmas Tree Company. He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Keep The Change, an impact strategy shop that serves a wide portfolio of clients across the U.S. This is a fantastic story and a must-listen to #thePOZcast!
