One acquires knowledge through reading some content or practically experiencing some experiment. This holds good for most fields except leadership. Gifts are neither acquirable nor adopted through any means. These are the blessings and Leadership is one such gift. Theoretical knowledge just provides the basic and fundamental guidelines about certain field but actual knowledge lies in practical. Some time even theoretical knowledge is relegated over practical knowledge. It is therefore seen that most scholarly people fail to deliver once put in a practical situation. It gives strength to the idea that theory is just a guideline and real marathon is in the practical field. The purpose of writing this post is not to undermine the learned and scholarly people but to highlight the importance of practical field. One is lucky enough if he/she gets a leader to lead. Many CEOs just act as managers and many managers conduct like a leader. Gifts are not given by divine on charity.
