THEORY OF MAJORITY & DEMOCRACY

Majority must be Guarantee is not always appropriate Accepts some Exceptional Case. Democracy means Majority but the majority never carrying quality & all the Best directive coming to the earth & world from the Minority & there is no directive about the economy in the said systems, so it’s a frustrating systems definitely as political theory & majority must be Guaranteed not always appropriate excepts some exceptional case although through majority theory we may avoid only power capturing conflict only but the quality becomes uncertain then.
