Hi Everyone,This is Naoya Kochi, a founder of Kochi Method.
?
Today is on pelvis misalignment. The pelvis is the centre of the body that connects the upper and lower body. What do you think will happen when it misalign?
First the bones connected to the pelvis, the spine and skull will also get misaligned. This causes the muscles, veins and nerves connected to the bones to be pulled or compressed.
It can also reduce organ function.
?
In the case of men, due to hormones, the joint and muscles around the pelvis are more stiff making it harder to realign.
?
The most important part of the pelvis is the sacrum. The main purpose of this is to maintain balance by dispersing body weight between the legs and to transfer the shock from the ground form the hip joints to the pelvis.
?
There are many nerves around the sacrum and it's linked to the sphenoid bone, located in the skull.
The sphenoid bone is affects the autonomic nerves and hormone balance, which means when the sacrum is misaligned it disrupts them.
