Theory of Genes: How Do You Stop and Deal With Stealing, Forgery, Dishonesty, and Corruption In Business?
A. Context
One of our junior associates sends me an email, wanting to understand the strategies regarding the following:
1. If someone working with an organization gets greedy and PLANS, RUNS, a parallel business similar to the organization, while still working hard with the organization/or after leaving, is it unfair?
2. If some other members of the organization get INFLUENCED by the first member and start PLANNING, STARTING, RUNNING, parallel business, what should be actions by those who don't subscribe to the idea?
3. How to handle the environment?
So, I would summarize the answers in the post, from data, science, and experience.
B. Mindset
We are driven by a core nature of the brain called MINDSET. Following is a rough genetic hierarchy of mindset in the economy
a. Core
1. Entrepreneurial(solving problems and selling solutions)
2. Producers( transforming Entrepreneurial solutions into a product that people want or need, like chairs, and selling them).
3. Businessman(taking products from producers and entrepreneurs and selling them to more customers).
4. Workers(skilled ones who use their skills to produce for producers)
5. Solvers(like servicemen) who know in and out of the product, service, and system and can solve day-to-day problems, enabling systems to run smoothly.
6. Bridgers(like transporters, and delivery) who bridge physical, mindset, and solution bridges between
7. Financers(who funds money for the operations and the above, and gets a cut in return)
b. Chor
8. Mercenaries: I will work for anyone and anything for money, and only money.
9. Steve Jobs: I will steal, make what I steal better, and sell.
10. Scavengers: I will not do anything. I am clever and smart. I will only talk big, scheme, scam, and snatch away whatever I see, desire, and get lured by.
11. Victims: I will do nothing or something, will complain about all the above, play infant, all above should feed me.
12. Privileged: I am sarve sarva, the universe owes me everything. I deserve. Therefore I get.
C. Distribution
The mindset is distributed as the arithmetic progression average.
(1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048).
So entrepreneurs=0.02%, Producers=0.048%, .. Mercenaries 3.12%, Privillaged=50%.
D. Interactions
So, the probability one meets a lazy, privileged "momma's baby" is one in two, or every second person you meet is privileged and useless. If you meet 100 people, the top of them will be mercenaries, who will influence you.
E. Genetics is Evolution
With 3.5 years of average genetic changes in the inheritance genes, one needs about 42 years to evolve as an entrepreneur. One has to live through each stage. One can also start as an entrepreneur but will always devolve because of the genetic fundamentals. So, a 25-year-old entrepreneur will become privileged by the age of 67.
F. Dishonesty
Dishonesty is not taking bribes copying or starting a parallel business, or say selling 10, but telling the owner that only 5 sales are made, it is not knowing the genetic levels, and being unwilling to travel the path of evolution.
If we do what our genes are not meant to do, then our genes drag us down.
One is first dishonest with oneself, which transforms their behavioral dishonesty, but their own brain remains dishonest to oneself. So one in acidity feels like a heart attack, and in a heart attack feels relieved.
G. Self Assessment
a) Organizational
The core of any organization is often 3 members. Therefore organization transformation is 1 year. So an organization becomes fundamentally stable in the 13th year(if it has evolved).
Therefore in Acculi, in its 7 years, which is strongly bound by evolution theory, you will see mostly bridges(Central Level), then a few financers(level-), fewer mercenaries(level--), few solvers(level+), very few workers(level++).
You will not see any freshers, victims, or privileges entering Acculi anymore.
b) Personal
Your potential will be the average of your personal and organizational level. So if you are a fresher with less than 3.5 years of spending and getting bored as privileged, in Acculi your potential will be (7 years of Acculi+1 year of yours)/2, ie up to "Steve Jobs" levels. Hence you will find few mercenaries and few scavengers.

Our sympathetic nervous system can supply work energy for 9 hours. Therefore if you can clock 18 hours, you essentially traverse 42 years of journey in 21 years.
Because the environment acts on the genes, if you are tied up with multiple environments, you don't evolve, as genetic expression is randomized. You must tie your life with the purpose of the organization, to benefit from the cultural genes.
H. Psychological Theory
You go level up with the help of envy, you go level down by arrogance(stupidity, ignorance, grandiosity), and you stay where you are for jealousy.
So, if you are in the "Chor" zone, you must be aware that you will be driven by envy, jealousy, and arrogance all three. These are negativity that will create hate, frustration, and destruction. Once you become aware, keep a leash on hate, frustration, and destruction, because you can't leash arrogance, envy, and jealousy.
With this awareness, you continue to grow in your own journey. Because you are growing, and at your levels, others are hateful and envious, be rest assured that they will try to hurt you, drag you down, and destroy you.
With this knowledge, you develop a defense against any destruction. Once you leash your hate, frustration, and destruction, and defend colleagues' or relative's destruction and hate, both your relatives and colleagues will start avoiding you.
"If I can't grow like someone, if I can't hurt someone, then that someone is a loser and doesn't deserve me." So they will convince themselves that you are a loser and avoid you.
I. What Happens to the Chors?
Someone with {envy, jealousy, arrogance, hate, frustration, irritation, victimhood, complaint, hurt, and destruction} is so self-damaging that sooner or later their body and brain start deteriorating.
Because of the mindset trouble, even if they get an opportunity to rise to the core, they prefer to come down to the level of chors. That is because they can't compete at the core level, and so their hate for more able and more stable individuals frustrates them and brings them down back to the chors.
1. The corrupt who takes bribes, always seeks transfer to places where he can get more bribes.
2. Because at the core, one is interdependent on the other, and cheating is minimal, as life is dependent on each other, forgery is much lower, so are bribes and corruption.
3. So the corrupt essentially get into an environment where there are more corrupts and chors.
4. Initially they become financially successful as they are fresh and have had lesser chances of exercising corruption.
5. Once they become part of the corrupt system, they win some, but eventually get defeated by a bigger and better chor.
6. Once they get defeated in their own game, they wonder "how come?" I was so smart. How come anyone cheats a smart like me?
7. Now the chor wants revenge and gets into other chor systems such as legal, law enforcement, and body-mechanic shops(like healthcare), gurus for help, and gets squeezed more.
8. Now they suffer. But they are so afraid of death and suffering, that they control people around them like their family, and keep them part of their own suffering.
9. The corrupt and his/her family genes get eliminated. Their children and grandchildren suffer. After 3rd generation, there is no reproduction and no healthy children.
10. Therefore a corrupt serves humanity significantly by gathering other corrupts around them and then eliminating the genes of all the corrupts.
J. What Does the Organization Do?
If the organization has evolved culturally, say Acculi, then it tactically creates two different environments, one for the cores and the other for the chors. The reason for maintaining a chor environment is again mathematical.
In order to get one core player after 7 years, the company has to maintain a chor environment and invest in at least 100. By investing in 4095 individuals, we get those 7 gems. So, to get the top 0.13% of core players, the company has to be ready to invest 99.83% of its resources and finances into the chor players.
So to get the 13 top core players to run the organization, the organization has to drain down 99.83% of its finances and resources for 21 years in at least 9,000 individuals.
K. Human Success Odds
Work for 18 hours a day to serve the people and universe relentlessly for 21 years, embracing the struggle and pain of the journey, accepting your negativity and weaknesses, accepting and becoming aware of the environmental factors and the colleagues, that's all.
You have to trust the theory of life and the genes. All the necessary skills you will learn automatically.
Do you know why there are only 0.34% Billionaires per million people? Do you know why are only 2640 Billion in the 8 billion human population, ie only 0.000033% ?
That is because even in those 0.02% of the entrepreneurs, only another 0.02% put another 18 hours a day for another 21 years.
L. Conclusion
Poor chase pleasure, money, validation, and comfort all their lives, or lack it thereof. The rich pursue hardship for their genes.
The rich look at life as a game, and embrace the struggle, pain, and hard work. The poor hold onto what they have and want to have more. The rich leave a level as soon as they reach there.
You will also be astonished to know that there are only 900 odd families in the world who is more than 1400 years old, and they control 99.99% of all the resources of the world.
So, you can envision creating a family and bloodline that will last for 1400 years(when genes become permanent as the culture circle of gene is 1400 years) or you can live a life for fun, validation, hate, irritation, complain pleasure.
As you may probably know my blood lineage goes back to 1300 years, and yet I have to also go through the same journey. I am born with the genes my ancestors gifted me, but they remain dormant. The environment acts on the gene. So, I still have to put myself into the same harsh environment where there is a life-and-death battle of 18 hours each day for 42 years.
Therefore you need to embrace the environment, the journey, and the struggle. You keep growing and your environment starts changing. That's the way human genes evolved over 18 million years. You are born with a human anatomy, and are a Hominin but not as a human. Hominin to Homo Sapiens or Wise man needs this journey 21-42 years of painful journey.
I am also corrupt and inhuman to date, and you are also just a hominin corrupt inhuman. Accept the fact and rather than wasting time on others, keep struggling.
