The best marketing tool for your business is to build a robust and functional email list that builds relationships through trust. What? That's it, that's the bulk of this email. STOP reading your done-unless you want to learn more... As more nuggets of wisdom will follow... When your email list is written properly this will allow you to keep the conversation with people you're developing a business relationship with the flow when they are reading about what's NEW and exciting for them at your company--with the specific products and services that you offer.
By keeping your prospects "Top Of Mind" when writing emails you are building the sanity bridge and creating a relationship to your promise land through the consistent, relevant connection you building through your genuine content.
Let's stay- "T.O.M." We want TOM to stay T.O.M for your guests' journey together so you can bring them over to what you are working towards helping them solve with what you offer. When they feel ready to make a buying decision and invest in your products and services. You may be the Go-To if you have developed and fine-tuned your relationship through ample consistency.
Well, like anything else you're there for them like a good ole' friend...
The key is staying consistent and being engaged with them and providing so much unsung value that they begin to sing your praises so that they want more from you over time. So, they go from skimming your email to enjoying every juicy nugget of information-soaked wisdom that fills them up with gratitude.
As a Business Guide, some of my clients were truthfully NOT building proper relationships (they were building relation-shirts) and there were infrequent relation-shirt emails being sent as I would monitor them. They were basically following the "Buy my Shirt email!" They all had a lack of consistency, and invaluable to mediocre content that wasn't relevant to anyone except them, so I decided to start a marketing company to help them and support them to their promise land which led me to form a second business.

I believe if you apply these after reading this post. You'll skyrocket your revenue in 90 days or less... That's a bold guarantee that I am saying, and I know it's true as I have helped a few companies thus far make some simple adjustments (Just like moving your pants a certain way that makes them feel more comfortable in hot weather or... okay, done adjusting. We all know that guy who constantly adjusts his pants to fit his boxer shorts) and each of my guests has seen increased conversion rates by a whopping 20 to 30% (from where they were at before...) because they kept their prospects like TOM, "Top of Mind."
So without further ado
- Keep your content as fresh as thornless flowers and relevant to the floral shop you are selling them in (when building up an engaged audience for your emails) BAD EXAMPLE: When you are emailing people CBD oil and selling it along with blue cheese. These two don't go with the flow. Alignment is key
- If you are not able to consistently email your list (HINT: Don't start or hire some professionals that work in the industry to truly understand your brand by asking the right interview questions that communicate your position, differentiation, and soul-singing benefits-- that you are offering your prospects while they spend time with you, inbox)
- Consistently offer your list something NEW(valuable) or interesting that they can relate to (The truth is... Most businesses are saying with every email "Buy My Shirt!" "Buy My 'Freaking' Shirt!" "Did You Hear Me --Buy! My! Shirt!" In truth --That Shirt STINKS--like the other shirts that you have sent to their email inbox. (Unsubscribe-dom awaits your future)
- Be unique in your selling proposition and then keep them mysteriously guessing about "What will he do next?" They anticipate your next email (This is better said than dumb) From my experience I know this one is hard, and again, you MUST get jiggy with it and get your wheels turning on the value you can add/send to someone's email box)

- They will unsubscribe from your future messages if all you are doing is saying "Hey, did you buy my Shirt, yet?" "I REALLY want you to buy my shirt. It's ONLY has a few stains on it. Please, buy my shirt." ( You're already thinking like Jose, "No way!")
- Yes, there is a "Time to sell," and again build up your street cred by depositing what I call "Trust Coins" to the gatekeeper of the subconscious mind. If you build up enough trust coins you can eventually exchange them for what your prospects actually want. When the time to romance them is over -if-if-if you can solve their problem and then they will vote (Then they are ready to dance with you)
- Again, make sure as sugar you're driving home value before you sell them your "Shirt, it better be a good shirt or else..." Good valuable content that is relevant and in line with your brand value with every massage, I mean message. Again, it's a paradox or a paradigm. I'm confused. If I am confused by your email I cannot make a buying decision. The dogs barking. CLICK OFF...

Anyway, let's get back to this program it's no secret that building a powerful email list with romance is full of surprises and a learning curve. If you are not a writer or have no passion for writing you will build a superficial relationship that goes sour at the surface. I believe in "Going Deep BABY." This is an essential part of creating a maintainable business that builds your revenue and sales to impact your business.
The how-on-how you can go about it is up to you? It's your email list bro-dette.
