We’re feeling reflective at Grow Good Towers this month

Hello!

We made it! Chrimbo is a sniff away and 2024 is about to knock on the door. But before the madness ensues, we wanted to take a moment to look back and remember some of the epic moments of an epic year…

• Getting 27 of our clients certified as B Corps in 2023! That’s 24 in NZ, 2 in the UK and one in Hong Kong.
• Keynote speaking at some top-notch events including the NZ Society of Cosmetic Chemists, the Business Wanganui Chamber of Commerce, and NZ Cosmetics Society
• Getting my first coach win in at the Big Bloom event
• Launching our B Corp cohort programme including Tam and Tash from BNZ getting one going in person in Chch
• Hanging out with the B Local crews in Chch and Auckland - maybe we can make it to Wellington next year?!
• Delivering some super cool purpose, ECD and sales training workshops
• Updating the Theory of Change for Grow Good
• And most importantly 19 days skiing at Mt Hutt ?????

As well as our own highlights, it’s been a great year for the B Corp movement at large. Globally, the movement is enjoying exponential growth, which of course makes us happy here at Grow Good Towers.

Here in Aotearoa New Zealand, the number of B Corps jumped from about 90 to about 135 certified companies. Internationally, another 1500 businesses have certified as B Corps bring the total to almost 8000.

We wanna see that number get a few more zeroes on the end of it because we are holding a clear vision of a world where millions of businesses are B Corps, all striving to be the best for the world. We’re delighted that the movement is gaining traction and has grown rapidly in the last few years… but we want much more in 2024. We can’t wait to get started!

So from all the team at Grow Good, we wanna say a big thanks for the memories to 2023 while also making plans for even more positive impact and general good stuff in 2024… oh yes, we have mega plans for good stuff! Let us know if you want to be a part of it...
