Marketing has it’s 4 P’s, Price, Product, Promotion, and Place, the military has its 7 P’s Proper Planning and preparation Prevents P**S poor performance.
Your offers need to pack a punch and you must know what a paradigm is. You don’t want to pale in comparison with your competition and sometimes you need to see how things pan out.
You know that sometimes things are just par for the course and that could mean you need to pare down.
Never Pass the Buck but do give out pats on the back, remember that patience is a virtue and in business you will need to pave the way.
To get the payoff you need to pay your dues. We all know that payback can be a bitch, pardon my French.
You need to pencil in meetings with pencil necked pains in the arse penny pinching their way through life.
You need to avoid the perfect storms doing more than just phoning it in, sometimes you will need to pick up the slack and create your piece de resistance making it all look like a piece of cake.
Admitting you don’t know it all can be a bitter pill to swallow and you need to learn fast to avoid being pipped to the post.
I could pitch up to a meeting and tell you this is all plain sailing but that would be playing fast and loose with your emotions.
I may play for time if you’re playing hardball and sometimes I admit I play it by ear rather than play it safe.
All of this is really just a play on words and if I play my cards right you will all understand I am saying I don’t pull my punches and you shouldn’t play second fiddle to your potential.
Play well with others, Play Nice and Play to win.
