A few weeks ago, I was sitting in,?Lisa Jaroscak’s?kitchen and asked her permission to read aloud a piece of fiction I’m working on. Little did I know that encounter would lead to her calling me an asking if I would write for her quickly growing business,?Elegante Weddings & Events.

Up until her call, writing is something I do for fun. It puts me in touch with my inner child, my frustrations, my voice that didn’t always say what she wanted to in a meeting, and the cast of characters within my head that want their stories told.?

Lisa saw this, and asked if I would tell her stories, and the stories of the couples and people she works with. Lisa sees super powers and possibility; this is how she has become a successful serial entrepreneur. She builds her teams by leveraging people’s natural talents, strengths, she offers support, coaching, pushing you to do things outside of your comfort zone, and an opportunity to laugh and have fun as a team.??
