#ThanksNZ
During this pretty tough 12+ months, tourism has been deeply affected by the close in our borders. Simultaneously many operators have seen an uptick of Kiwi travelers coming to our doors and doing something new. As the Trans-Tasman route reopens and during the quietest time of our year, we would like to give thanks to those Kiwis who discovered or rediscovered our businesses so that we could make it this far. We want to say that we don’t take you for granted.
Like the majority of businesses in every town, most tourism companies are made up of individual people and families that are part of our community. We wanted to say thanks NZ.
ThanksNZ is an initiative of ‘small fish, swimming together’, a collective of tourism organizations that would like to say ‘#ThanksNZ for all your support’. Designed to include smaller and independent businesses, sharing in a joint marketing effort to say thank you.
Really proud to launch a this campaign in partnership with so many fantastic businesses in our region. I would LOVE to encourage you to participate too! For info on what it is, click here. To join us, sign up here!
