I hope this finds you well and still basking in the warmth of yesterday’s Thanksgiving celebration.
As I sit with a grateful heart today, I can’t help but reflect on the joy of sharing a meal with dear friends, Liz and Chester.
There’s something so special about coming together around a table, exchanging laughter, stories, and that unspoken bond that food can create.
Thanksgiving reminds us of the importance of gratitude—not just for the big moments, but for the small, meaningful ones, like savoring your favorite dish, enjoying the company of friends, or the simple satisfaction of a well-prepared meal.
This season, I’m also feeling grateful for the opportunity to launch something that has been close to my heart for a long time: the S.E.E. (Stop Emotional Eating Mind-Body Connection Monthly Membership!
