Hotech is a comprehensive provider of IT services, including supply and support, based in Corby, Northamptonshire, that operates across the UK.

Mark Beecroft incorporated the business in 2007 and it began trading in 2010, after absorbing the assets and client base of Virtual 9 Limited.

Hotech has established an enviable reputation as being professional and reliable, with solely positive client feedback having been received throughout its existence.

“Mark wanted to sell to explore other opportunities from a retiree standpoint, but was amenable to a long handover period”, commented Deal Executive Peter Taberner.

“Chloe Carroll was the head of the research process, and it was conducted very well. We presented the business as an asset to build on, and the buyer type Mark set out to attain was met”.

Acquiring Hotech was Fresh Mango Technologies (UK) Ltd, an IT support and cybersecurity provider that was initially founded in the British Virgin Islands in 2008.

Its owner Russell Guy Phoenix “wanted to build on what the company offered and incorporate it into his business to build on”, Peter explained.

In a five-star review, Mark expressed his thanks: “Peter was excellent throughout. His guidance was invaluable and his enthusiasm really encouraging. From a seller's point of view, he was very helpful.

“One of my potential buyers actually rang me just to say how impressed he was with Peter, so I knew he was really looking after both sides of the transaction.”
