Thanks to our customers for helping us win the “Professional Service Provider” award at the 11th Annual CEE Retail Awards for the 2nd year in a row

Some weeks are good and others are phenomenal, and this last week has been a phenomenal week for us here at MK Illumination. Not only did we present an extraordinary display of lighting and design at Christmasworld in Frankfurt, we also won the prestigious “Professional Service Provider” award at the 11th Annual CEE Retail Awards for the second year in a row.

This wouldn’t have been possible without our customers and partners, so before I say anything else, thank you to those of you who nominated us.

Although I wasn’t able to attend the award ceremony this year, Marzena Seweryniak and ?ukasz Bieda, the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of MK Illumination Poland were on hand to receive the award in person on behalf of MK Illumination, which was a great honor.

Now that I’ve had a chance to get back into the swing of things, I wanted to share just how much this award means to us. We’re committed to exceeding our customers’ expectations and delivering exceptional customer service something that we strive for on a daily basis at MK Illumination. Each of our local offices is obsessed with delivering great service, and the “Professional Service Provider” means that we’re delivering on our promise and our customers are recognizing this commitment.

This is the third time that we’ve won the award in recent years, so it looks like we’re getting this right.

I think that one reason for this is our approach: we don’t just design concepts and install lighting displays. We offer a true 360 degree approach, making sure that we really understand what our customers need, their spaces, and their audiences before we start offering solutions. And once we have a solution that’s perfect, we manage the rest of the process from end to end – from design to production, installation to disassembly, all the while building on our local understanding and global experience to ensure that our customers get the very best from us and their investment.

I’m incredibly proud of this award, so thank you to CEE, and of course to MK team in Poland and worldwide for helping us turn dreams into reality.
