Thanks for making The 5 Principles of Human Performance #1 on Amazon's New Releases!
Get Caught Trying to Make the World Better!
So, I just finished a new book and thought you might like to know. This book takes us back to the original 5 Principles of Human Performance - and then this book takes us ahead with a new understanding of these original 5 Principles through the lens of Safety Differently!
They say it is a good book. They say it is an important book. I like the cover - that is what I say. I really want to know who "they" are - don't you?
This weeks PreAccident Podcast is all about the new book - it features and discussion and a reading from the pages of The 5 Principles of Human Performance. You can listen to the Pod HERE!
If you want to go for the actual book you can pick up a copy HERE!
Give this a read and see what you think. You can pick this up on Amazon....or other places you buy books.
See if you can be the first on your block to pick one up!

6 年Todd, took longer to get the book up in the snowy NW than it did to read it....the first time. Has the "can't put it down" factor. Though you continue to be a master of one liners, they are as the Heath brothers cited in Made to Stick about storytelling with an impact, one liners that "are so simple yet profound, it takes a moment to read but hours to fully understand and apply the impact". I particularly gained a lot from Principle 4 on Context Driving Behavior. So much better stated than the INPO original #4 for those of us who are ODJSLPL ( Org Development Jargon as a Second Less Preferred Language) speakers and readers. Thanks for a book that should never sit on a shelf but be carried at all times. Continued success influencing those you know and have yet to meet, brother.
