Greetings Doroni family,

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to join us for our webinar this past Wednesday. Being able to engage with our investors and supporters in the most transparent way possible truly means everything to us.

In case you missed it, our goal with this webinar was to provide you with a clear picture of what makes investing with Doroni Aerospace such a unique opportunity.?

Doroni stands at an inflection point in history where multiple innovation platforms—including Energy Storage, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence—are creating a “perfect storm” for the development of electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.?

This is no longer the stuff of science fiction—as we speak, Doroni is developing a personal eVTOL which we believe will change the marketplace and we are proud to be true leaders in the segment.

As a brief recap for those unable to attend, I divided our discussion into 3 main topics:

Development and Production—Using the Doroni H1 3D frame as a reference point, I gave a brief overview of the H1’s design, our testing, motors, batteries, displays, and autopilot functionality.?

The entire concept of the H1 is to simplify the inherent complexities of flight, making it accessible to everyone.?As such, we are working with some of the world’s most reputable companies to integrate their components into the H1, and the next stage is to finalize our go to market aircraft and acquire a Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) certification with the FAA before launching in the second half of 2024.?

Partnerships—Our strategy is to acquire as many third-party partnerships as possible and leverage that experience to bring manufacturing to scale, but keeping the heart, soul, and core of Doroni within our facilities.?

Doroni is already in advanced discussion with airpark communities and community leaders in south Florida and other states. We’ve already disclosed two of our biggest partnerships—Honeywell and Garmin. We are also in discussion with the Florida Governor's office and are about to sign with another big, reputable strategic business partner, but that’s the extent of what we are allowed to share at the moment. But trust me—once signed, it will pave the way for Venture Capitalists to join us with the ultimate goal of reaching a much higher company valuation.

Valuation and Fundraising—As we’ve mentioned previously, we are closing this raise with StartEngine to pursue other investment opportunities with the potential to take us to the next level. I can’t stress enough how carefully and methodically we are seeking out the right strategic investor to provide us with the additional resources and capital that will speed our progress faster than ever before.
