Thankful Thursday

Where does the time go? Time is one of the biggest pressures we have.

And how can you leverage time to do more?

One idea is the 80/20 principle: that 20% of our work makes 80% of our efforts.

A few ways to reflect on this:

  1. Write down how you spend your time.
  2. Look at the tasks. Where is the max impact?
  3. What can be delegated, eliminated and outsourced?
