A summary of 2022 and message of thanks from ISPE Ireland Affiliate Chair Liz Dooley

"As we come to the close of 2022, on behalf of the Affiliate executive committee I would like to say a sincere Thank You to our Affiliate members for choosing ISPE membership in 2022, we hope you continue to get benefit and value from being a member of ISPE & the Ireland Affiliate; new members you are very welcome!

Thank you to all the speakers that provided such valuable and insightful presentations and panel discussions this past year.

Thank you to Pinta Consulting who at the start of 2022, facilitated a refresh of our 3-year strategy, to ensure alignment of our strategic focus areas in keeping with our vision of:

“Delivering value to our members by providing a platform to which knowledge, experience and connectivity across the Pharmaceutical & Engineering sector can be shared & secondly that the ISPE Ireland affiliate is seen as a preferred networking organization for Life Science professionals and students”.

During 2022 we have seen growth in our membership across all profiles specifically in our student membership which has more than doubled over the last two years. Students are our future leaders and seeing their interest in the pharma and medical device industry associations is certainly a positive trend - we hope to see these numbers grow in 2023.

Thanks to our committee members for all your support and effort this year in helping the Affiliate to move forward very successfully as we transitioned back to F2F meeting opportunities.
